Until then, Shayne had worked as a mechanical engineer in the nuclear, automotive and child restraint industries. He worked for Chem Nuclear, Koyo Bearing, and Britax Child Safety. In 2003, he left Britax to become the director of the Auto Safety Program, at Riley Hospital for Children. Barbara was a registered nurse in the St. Francis OR at the time. The mission of Merritt Manufacturing, Inc. has always been a simple one. To make purchasing one of our products as stress free as possible. We do this by: - Listening to therapists and working for families in product development. - Absolutely no restocking fees. - Always being available for a video call to solve installation problems. - No automated phone system that begins with “Our menu options have recently changed” -We answer the phone. We currently have seven child safety seats for children and adults with various special health care needs. We are in the process of expanding our product line. We always welcome feedback from our distributors, medical professionals, and families. Your feedback is essential to improving the quality and effectiveness of our product line.
